Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot in Cedar Gables. If there are currently openings for your child the Director will contact you regarding next steps. If there are no spots available you will automatically be added to our Waiting List. We will contact you when a spot does become available, but feel free to Contact Us any time for a Waiting List update.

Registration for your child is not complete until the registration fee has been paid. This fee is collected next and is fully refundable if your plans change.
